Like others have said, I think your only option other than using the mobile version of the YouTube site in one of the Android browsers that supports extensions/ad block would be YouTube Vanced. Sorry I'm unable to help you further! Good luck!! My only advice would be to Google "YouTube adblocker cellphone" or something similar, maybe include "reddit" in your search to find newer posts with workarounds or search for Vanced manager along with your phone type or operating system and when it gets to the screen saying its discontinued, use one of the suggested alternatives provided. I'm unsure how since I still have both the manager and the application on my phone. Unfortunately, I tried to look up Vanced manager for you to give you a link but it says it's been discontinued. I deleted it and Googled "how to install Vanced" and I found a YouTube video which included a link for the Vanced manager in the description and I installed the Vanced manager and from there installed Vanced. But the Vanced version didn't work with my new phone. I got a new phone a couple of months ago and since it was just going from one Samsung Galaxy to another, my apps and things just swapped over in my transfer/set-up.
